Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the verityauth.ai website (the "Site"), operated by VerityAuth.AI ("VerityAuth," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Use of the VerityAuth application by healthcare practices is governed by a separate customer agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.

The Site

The Site provides information about VerityAuth's prior-authorization platform for oncology practices, along with a demo environment and a way to contact us. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

No medical advice

Content on the Site — including statistics, workflow descriptions, and demo materials — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of licensed clinicians. Treatment decisions are always the responsibility of the treating provider.

Demo environment

The live demo contains fictitious sample data only. Do not enter real patient information or other protected health information into the demo.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and software — are owned by VerityAuth or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for evaluating VerityAuth; any other use requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks (including payer names and guideline organizations) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Statistics cited on the Site come from third-party sources we believe to be reliable, but we do not guarantee their completeness or your practice's results, which depend on your payer mix, case volume, and workflows.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerityAuth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
