Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how VerityAuth.AI ("VerityAuth," "we," "us") handles information collected through our website at verityauth.ai (the "Site"). It applies to the marketing Site only. Use of the VerityAuth application by healthcare practices is governed by the customer agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request a demo or walkthrough, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, practice name, practice size, and anything you choose to tell us about your needs.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting provider collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages, used for security and to understand aggregate Site traffic.
This marketing website's contact form is for business inquiries only and is not a HIPAA-covered environment — please do not include patient names, dates of birth, or other protected health information (PHI) when describing your practice's needs. Patient information belongs in the VerityAuth application itself, which is built for PHI and covered by a Business Associate Agreement (see below).
How we use information
- To respond to your demo or walkthrough request and communicate with you about VerityAuth.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Protected health information
The VerityAuth application processes PHI on behalf of healthcare practices as a business associate under HIPAA. That processing is governed by the BAA we sign with each customer — not by this policy. Within the application, data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), hosted on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure, and patient data is never used to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site and our business (such as website hosting and form processing). These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to follow up with you and maintain our business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us through the form on our homepage. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Children
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
